The 6061-002 Diazo Textile Emulsion is a high-performance Diazo-photo emulsion formulated for water-based and plastisol inks, making it ideal for textile reel-to-reel flatbed printing on automatic machines or tables. Designed for long-run printing without the need for over-lacquering, it delivers excellent resolution, sharp definition, and reliable durability. For extended print runs, it can be chemically hardened using Screen Hardener 6050-101, significantly increasing resistance—though hardening makes reclaiming more difficult. With good decoatability prior to hardening, this emulsion ensures versatile processing and long-lasting performance for professional textile screen printing.
