Smiley 3422 CARETRANS® water-based inks are designed for producing highly washable and stretchable single- and multi-color transfers for underwear, sportswear, and casual wear. Available in two specialized variations, CARETRANS® Performance 3422-ES Extra Stretch is formulated for tagless applications, while 3422-HS High Stretch is ideal for sportswear and block-area applications, ensuring fast drying and excellent screen stability. These inks offer exceptional durability with wash and dry-clean resistance on various fabrics, providing soft, flexible transfers with excellent adhesion. With wash resistance up to 60°C (depending on adhesive), they also deliver superior wet and dry rub resistance, outstanding scratch and scuff resistance, and excellent cut and fold properties. The V.O.C.-free, water-based pigmented ink system ensures an eco-friendly, non-UV curing solution that meets high-performance textile printing demands while maintaining print quality, flexibility, and durability.
